Founded in 2013, Rize is a full-service salon offering organic hair services and infrared sauna therapy. The mission of Rize to provide holistic beauty care to the triangle begins with Kristina's story.

Back in 2010, Kristina Graham's life took a sharp turn. A medical device was introduced during her surgery, but as it turns out, this device was defective and nearly cost her life. Kristina then had to go through a range of surgeries that left her in chronic pain. She was given nothing but pain medication to try and ease the discomfort to get through the day.

One day a client came in and mentioned trying infrared. Desperate for help, she bought her first infrared sauna within 24 hours of hearing about the technology.

The first session was life-changing; her pain levels began to decrease while sitting in the sauna. Throughout the day, she noticed headaches decreasing and had more energy. The sauna became her new hope, and she used it daily. But the benefits didn't stop there - she discovered decreased scar tissue, glowing skin, and better sleep. It was an unexpected bonus to her already improved well-being.

Kristina found a way to reclaim her life by using infrared daily, and now she wants to share the freeing experience with her clients. As she transitioned back to work, she's begun incorporating saunas into her salon to help others find the same sense of rejuvenation.
